You are now on the road to becoming a Ducky Shincracker. In order to make sure you can start enjoying your new class as easily as possible we need to get some information from you and make sure that you have fully understood our T&Cs. We can do this by filling out the form below.
Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically trained, and should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before engaging in any physical activity with Shincrackers Ltd.
To the best of your knowledge and belief, you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your health or vulnerability to injury change.
You are primarily responsible for your health and wellbeing, but we at Shincrackers Ltd are concerned that you enjoy our classes safely. To that end we consider that we should expect the following of each other.
Whilst we will respect your decision over your exercise regime, we reserve the right to ask you not to go beyond what we reasonably believe to be your personal ability.
We shall endeavour to maintain a safe environment for you to enjoy your classes.
We shall always keep confidential any information that you give us regarding your health.
In order to remain compliant it is necessary for Shincrackers Ltd to request that all participants read, understand and adhere to the following guidelines and that we retain a copy
There is a minimum of 2mSq of floor space and a minimum 2 metre clearance from floor to ceiling per participant in the room upon which you are undertaking the dance/exercise class.
There is no glass, china or other breakable material that may lead to injury in the room in which you are undertaking the dance/exercise class for the duration of the
For any participants aged under 16, an appropriate adult (parent/carer aged 18+) must be present in the room at the same time.
If the participant is unable to follow the instructor’s instructions they should cease the class immediately until it is possible to ask the instructor for further guidance.
There should be a maximum of two participants undertaking the dance/exercise class in the room at any one time (or two participants plus one supervising adult)
In respect of ballet classes only, the participant may use a balance bar and/or other professional ballet equipment as part of the class
In respect of non-ballet classes, no equipment should be used in order to participate in the remote class without first advising of the nature of the equipment being used and getting written permission
Participants under 18 must have the form agreement verified by a parent/carer aged above 18
I confirm that I will adhere to all COVID related instructions and rules set by Shincrakers Ltd. For the latest guidance check the website FAQs or ask your instructor before coming to class.
We ask that anyone who falls within the clinically vulnerable or extremely clinically vulnerable group stay at home. In addition to this, anyone who has displayed symptoms within seven days prior to the Class, or lives with someone who has displayed symptoms within the last fourteen days, must not attend the site. This includes if the person displaying symptoms receives a negative result to the test.
We ask all customers and staff to remain alert to the symptoms of COVID-19 and take the following action should they develop either a fever, a persistent cough or lose their sense of smell and taste whilst on site.
The individual must leave the site immediately. If they are awaiting collection, they must wait outdoors in isolation from others.
The customer must report this incident to the instructor and/or Shincrakers Ltd immediately via phone
The rest of their class ‘bubble’ will be expected to self-isolate for 14 days and will not be able to visit the site during this time.
The areas used by this bubble will be blocked off until a deep clean can be undertaken. You should not attend the site if you have any symptoms of the virus. Should you develop symptoms having attended the class site you must inform your instructor, immediately.
