Drew has been a dancer and choreographer for the last 30 years. He trained at Northern Ballet School in Manchester where he did a 3 year Professional Dancers Course. Since Graduating in 1990 he has danced all over the world, choreographed for 5 star cruise lines and hotels, with many varied appointments and residencies in the Europe and the Far East.
His one great passion in dance is tap. Since a young boy, he has always been mesmerised by the greatest tap dancers of our generation, Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly and not forgetting the girls Anne Miller and Eleanor Powell, whose influences feed through into his tap dance classes.
In 2004 he started teaching adult classes at the Dance Centre Brighton College in Jazz and Jazz Tap, which he still teaches today. He is also resident choreographer at Brighton College where he teaches Tap dancing and Jazz dancing to the students.
He was a consultant dance teacher to the principal actor in the 2005 “Stepping Out” Tour. He recently directed and choreographed 3 successful Pink Paradiso Cabaret shows for the Old Market in Brighton.
For the past 20 years Victoria Allport has been teaching in her own academy in Acapulco. The school participated in many cultural festivals in different states and gave four concerts with the Philharmonic Orchestra de Acapulco. Whilst in Mexico, Victoria was awarded a special prize by the local government of the state of Guerrero, for cultural goals achieved during her time spent in Mexico.
Victoria’s work has taken her around the world performing in dance productions including Coppelia in Mexico, Camionero in Chicago and A Live Aid Concert in Bahrain.
